About Lexi's Involement in Green Street 2
Lexi has requested the following regards Green Street 2
"I want to make sure that people understand I didn't really work on this one and the credit goes to the new director Jesse and his producer Linda.
Green Street 2 Exclusive from Lexi Herself
We today have received an email from Lexi Alexander regarding Green Street 2.
Yes, production is going on as we speak on Greenstreet 2, but as far as I know, Charlie Hunnam will not appear. I do believe he has a lot of stuff going on right now so I'm sure the Hunnam fan club will get a lot of satisfaction in the next couple of years.
Greenstreet 2 stars Ross McCall who played Dave the pilot in the original. Ross is a great actor and one of my favorite, favorite people in the world.
I have seen a few dailies and he is is FANTASTIC.
Thanks Lexi
The Last Full Measure & The Stanford Prison Experiment Rumours.
There seems to be a buzz around that these projects are confirmed. Reguardless of the rumours this is what Charlies agency themselves told us :
"Charlie is busy prepping for SOA. No other projects to note at this time".
We are constantly asking for updates and as always as soon as we hear anything different we will let you all know.

The SOA Logo & Who Created It.
Sons of Anarchy Logo Created by Freddie Corbin

Kurts been getting a lot of people asking about the Sons of Anarchy logo. Who created the Reaper? Here he explains:
I had a general idea of what I wanted -- something with the anarchist A, something that suggests Vietnam, something very cool. John Linson recommended his favorite tattoo artist, Freddie Corbin. Freddie is a renown San Francisco tattoo artist who has inked some of the most notorious outlaws and celebrities in Northern Cali. For next to nothing (what FX/Fox21 is famous for paying), more of a favor to John that anything, Freddie ran with our vague notion and created the Reaper. It was amazing. It blew us all away. read more

A Little More About Charlies character Jax Teller
Handsome in a broken cowboy kind of way, an expert mechanic with lots of tattoos and scars on his arms, he is the vice-president of SAMCRO, and is the son of the founder, John Teller. The motorcycle club life is all he has ever known, but jax is starting to have his doubts -- doubts that could invalidate the last 32 years of his life. Jax is a paradox on two wheels: he's intelligent, sensitive and reflective, yet quick-tempered and dangerously reactive, a man who can anguish over his sick child yet drive a pool cue into an enemy's groin. Jax's enemies are multiplying these days: rival Latin and White Supremacist gangs have joined forces to rip off SAMCRO's stash of weapons. The father of a premature baby (born too soon because his pregnant ex-wife Wendy took too many drugs while carrying the baby), Jax has been studying his late father's journals, and he's begun to question SAMCRO's "outlaw = criminal" business model. He begins to foster a belief that his club's commitment to the MC lifestyle may not have to include selling arms. But this shift in philosophy seems destined to bring him into deadly confrontation with his foster father, Clay Morrow. Lead.

SOA UPDATE:RON PERLMAN FILLS OUT THE TRILOGY
Story hit the trades today about adding Ron Perlman to the cast of Sons of Anarchy. Been sitting on this information for weeks now, but couldn't say anything because we were tweaking schedules and closing deal points. Ron's a very busy guy these days.
Before I get into Ron, I'd like to speak to why we recast the role of Clay Morrow and explain the process of replacing an actor in a pilot. It was a new experience for me and probably the most difficult creative decision I ever had to make. Scott Glenn was originally cast in the role. We shot a version of the pilot with him. Scott is an enormously talented actor who can spin straw writing into gold. Beyond his talent, he's a really nice guy who loved this project. Loved working with Katey, Charlie and the guys. There was no petty, personality issues. Replacing Scott was ultimately about seeing the series more clearly and better understanding the important tonal function that Clay must serve in the show.
The pilot that Allen Coulter shot was beautiful to look at, it captured the world, but it lacked intimacy. This was not Allen's fault, it was mine. The component of the Outlaw Biker world that most fascinated me was how much these guys loved their lives. They were funny, irreverent, politically incorrect, racist, homophobic, sexist -- they were real. And they fucking apologized for nothing. That attitude, that swagger needs to be dripping off this series. We missed that, I missed that in the pilot we shot. I realized that Clay as the leader of this MC, needs to set that dark comedic tone. If the King laughs, the entire court laughs.
I had three actors in mind to recast as Clay. Ron Perlman was at the top of that short list. I felt he had the dark comedic chops and physical and emotional gravitas to pull off this re-imaging of Clay (C'mon, he's the Beast and fucking Hellboy). I expanded that list to ten names and emailed it to John Landgraf. John picked one name, Ron Perlman. We met, he read with Katey and Charlie --
And so the trilogy is complete once more. Hamlet, Gertrude and Claudius.
I also so the 30 second promo that's gonna hit the air soon. If the show is half as cool as the promo, we got a hit.

SOA Update
We've today received an email from the SOA team with the lastest update as follows:
So, here's the latest. SOA has been officially picked up by FOX Television and FX. As you can imagine, we are all extremely stoked, including Charlie.
What this means is that we will produce twelve more episodes beyond the pilot for broadcast here in the States slated to begin in September 2008. I'm not sure when it's set to air in the UK or abroad.
Charlie will continue on in the role of Jackson "Jax" Teller. We're all very excited to have him.
We will begin filming the additional episodes in June. At that time, I'm sure there will be more pictures and such.
Until then, keep your Charlie fix in neutral. Talk soon.
Hope you are both well.
Thanks to the guys at SOA for this update as always its very much appreciated.

Children of men : The Series
David Eick is writing a pilot based on the Alfonso Cuarón film Children of Men for SciFi.
The film, brilliantly directed by the Mexican filmmaker, was a grim tale about the future -- England in 2027 -- where women have become completely infertile and the human race faces a major crises with less than a century to survive.
At the SciFi Channel's upfront, Eick said the proposed TV series would veer closer to the source material, P.D. James' novel. "It's really taking root more in the origins of the novels in that it will focus on the cultural movement in which young people become the society's utter focus."
Eick's version of Children of Men will also not star Clive Owen, Julianne Moore nor Michael Caine, who were all in the 2006 feature film. The TV Children of Men is going to question how society defines responsibility, freedom and a sense of values when it doesn't necessarily believe humans will survive as a species. "It's not really a war show like the movie was. It's more an exploration of that issue."
